“Let me, O let me bathe my soul in colours; let me swallow the sunset and drink the rainbow.”
― Khalil Gibran

Revisiting the question of colour, this is an old image that sprung back to life after I expanded the gamut of purple on old wisteria blossoms. There is not much else in this small fragment of the original (cropped) image, but what’s there, the intrusion of green leaves, makes the shades of purple on the petals (a little exaggerated as they are) quite believable. The bunches in the upper right corner were too dark and had to be dodged to maintain balance.
